B. BAKER 06/16/22 – On behalf of our late mother (Justine Gantt), her children and her extended family, we thank you for providing top level services during a distressful and heartbreaking time. Through difficult moments, where clarity and direction may have been uncertain, Mr. Alexander did not take advantage of our vulnerability. At times we felt helpless having not been in this position before but Don and staff were careful not to encroach upon the sensitivity of the situation. Throughout the process he gave us assurances and honored his word. They provided a complete list of services with a thorough explanation to help guide us through this process step by step. There was both sympathy and empathy displayed towards us. Alexander Funeral Home provided additional information, encouragement, sympathy cards and acknowledgements. Hi ,I work at New ERa assisted living facility , we’re Mr. Brown lived . I wanted to let his family know just how much we all loved him so very much. Oh my goodness how we will miss his beautiful singing and his smile . Thank you for sharing the picture of him as he looked when he was younger (wow sooo handsome). It has already gotten way to quite at our facility already.
