Richard Lee “R.L.” DeLoach, 70, our beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother and Son transitioned on Thursday, March 14, 2024, in Winter Haven, Florida. Born June 21, 1953, in Louisville, Alabama, he was a resident of Lake Wales, Florida where he served as a community advocate and was very instrumental and active in youth sports. He was also the current Minister at Carver Street Church of Christ in Leesburg, Florida, which he loved dearly.

Brother Richard Deloach was my minister at Carver Heights Church of Christ in Leesburg for 29 years. He was a devout Christian and minister to our congregation. He will be missed. Reality has not set in, I’m still waiting for him to show up on Wednesday night for Bible study or Sunday worship services. He will be truly missed and express my condolences to the family.
