MASK ENCOURAGED FOR ALL SERVICES
Mrs. Lola Maetta Wilson-Scaife (affectionately known as “Babysister”) was a native of Bradley Junction, Florida and a resident of Bartow, Florida for 55 years. She was born on November 7, 1951 to the parents of Raford Pierce and Alberta Smith. Lola accepted her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at an early age.
Lola was a devoted family woman, very set in her ways. Her sincere love, passion for people and friendship was unwavering. She loved to cook and feed everyone who needed and wanted a meal. Lola had a great love for people especially the elderly; she would take them to appointments, run errands, clean, cook, talk (laugh) or sit with them for hours. Lola’s favorite thing was going fishing; she was a celebrity at fishing. Lola would be catching fish if no one ever gets a bite. She gave the best of everything. Lola will be missed, never forgotten; she left a legacy of love on all of our hearts. Let’s keep her memory alive by her example.
On December 22, 2022, Lola entered into eternal rest and went on to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents, Radford Pierce, Alberta Smith-Muldrow, daughter Gloria Scaife, and son Ledell Wilson Sr.
