B. BAKER 06/16/22 – On behalf of our late mother (Justine Gantt), her children and her extended family, we thank you for providing top level services during a distressful and heartbreaking time. Through difficult moments, where clarity and direction may have been uncertain, Mr. Alexander did not take advantage of our vulnerability. At times we felt helpless having not been in this position before but Don and staff were careful not to encroach upon the sensitivity of the situation. Throughout the process he gave us assurances and honored his word. They provided a complete list of services with a thorough explanation to help guide us through this process step by step. There was both sympathy and empathy displayed towards us. Alexander Funeral Home provided additional information, encouragement, sympathy cards and acknowledgements. After graduation we didn’t see each other much but one thing I can truly say, when we did see each other we always greeted each other as best friend! No matter how good it is that you are no longer in pain, it still hurts to know you’re gone. I am going to miss you! Thank you for being the cool 2nd mom to me growing up.
